4. Can I buy B2B and B2C products in the same order?

Yes. You can purchase both B2B and B2C products in a single order.

⚠️ Please note:

  • B2B shipping rules will apply even if B2C products are included in the same order.
  • Products may be shipped together or separately based on logistics.

5. Why is the B2C price higher than the B2B price?

B2C prices include shipping and retail handling costs

B2B prices are MOQ-based and exclude transportation

B2C prices may still be lower than market prices, but this is not a guarantee

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

12. Is unboxing video mandatory for returns?

Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or refund request.

Requests without unboxing proof will not be entertained

13. Can I cancel my order?
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Cancellation within the next working day is allowed without charges.
  • Cancellation after one day will attract a 2.5% deduction.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
