4. Shipping Charges
B2C Orders

Free shipping is provided on all B2C orders unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
B2B Orders

Shipping charges are not included at the time of purchase.

Shipping is charged separately and is payable either:

Directly to the courier partner, or

To MGS Online Store after order confirmation.

5. Courier Partners & Dispatch

6. Address & Delivery Guidelines

7. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the order is returned to origin (RTO):

The order may be cancelled, and
