B2C Orders

B2B Orders

Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
Transportation details are confirmed via phone call after order placement.
If the customer:
- Does not wish to proceed after transportation discussion → Order will be cancelled and refunded.
- Cancels the order after 2 days due to non-response or delay in confirmation → 2.5% deduction will apply before refund.

5. MOQ & B2B Conditions

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) applies to each B2B product.
B2B product pricing remains uniform for all customers until revised by MGS Online Store.
Transportation and shipping costs may vary based on:
- Location
- Courier or transport service selected

6. Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid only.
Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received.
Orders may be cancelled or put on hold in case of:
