Refund policy

At MGS Online Store, operated by Mahendera Trading Company, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure transparency and prevent misuse. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

⚠️ Important Condition:
Returns will be accepted only if proper photo and/or video proof is provided during unboxing.
Requests without valid unboxing proof will not be entertained under any circumstances.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Proof

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video showing:

    • The sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • The product received

  • Photos and videos are mandatory for:

    • Damaged products

    • Wrong products

❌ Claims raised without an unboxing video will be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video or proof provided

  • Claims raised after the allowed return window

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Used, opened, or altered products

  • Claims of missing items (as all orders are checked before dispatch)


4. Return Request Time Window

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised only after the delivery date.

  • Requests must be submitted within the defined return window communicated at the time of delivery.

  • Requests raised late may not be accepted.


5. B2B & B2C Orders

  • Same return and refund policy applies to both B2B and B2C orders.

  • Bulk or business orders are also subject to unboxing proof requirements.


6. Refund / Resolution Method

Based on the case, MGS Online Store may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Store credit

The final decision will be taken after verification of proof.


7. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.


8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is due to an error from MGS Online Store (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be borne by MGS.

  • If the issue is not caused by MGS, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


9. RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

Since all orders are prepaid:

  • If an order is returned to origin due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Customer unavailable

    • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • RTO and shipping charges will be deducted from the order value

  • Remaining amount (if any) will be refunded to the customer


10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Cancellation is allowed up to the next working day after order placement.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.


11. Final Decision Authority

MGS Online Store reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any return or refund request

  • Request additional proof if required

  • Take the final decision in case of disputes

All decisions made by MGS Online Store shall be final and binding.
